Big update on the F2002 Kit

Posted on Updated on

I’ve just had a great email from Brian @ Fawcett Models and Parterns over the kit he’s doing for the revell F2002 Ferrari.

Bellow are the images he’s sent me.

As you can see from the above images Brians been a busy man. Amoungst all his other projects he’s managed to get the following parts done. It’s going to be quite a conversion. Most of the rear end will be re done and I guess when he’s done the front end it will completely re discover that authenticity that revell couldn’t reproduce. Awsome work Brian. I’ll be adding these images to the F1 forum too.

Please take a look….

Time off….. At last!!!

Posted on Updated on

Finally I have some time off to get back to the MP4/4… I shall be doing a bit of work on the monocoque and adding finally, the radiators and some more finish to the carbon effect I had in mind…. It’s been a while and I’m fed up of not being able to do any work on my models. Updates will soon come on the progress and should get quite a bit done in two days. I have some further time off later next month so should be able to get a massive amount done…. I’ve also re done the videos that I lost on the F2002 cockpit so shall add them soon too.

Frustrating times

I’ve not had the best of times recently in ragards to model building. Work commitments and family have made it difficult for me to get anything started or done. Hopefully once I’ve got some time I’ll the Mp4/4 started again…..

Ibook update

Posted on Updated on

I’ve been writing all day and editing all the introduction and specs data for the first chapter. Things are coming along nicely. Whilst I’ve been doing this I had an idea about doing a 2nd volume to the 1st book on a Fw14B wip with detailed shots of the build. I’m getting hold of another kit so will use this for the book. The idea is to have a step by step guide come manual for building the model.
